Journaling has been very beneficial in my life for a variety of reasons:  I have been able to sort through my feelings, problems, plans and goals though journaling.  Journaling has been another form of creativity with art, painting, drawing, collage and so much more.  Journaling can be pen, paper, notebooks, diaries, journal books, and digital. Journaling can be a historical account of your family, memory books of your kids and grandkids or memoir of your life.  Journaling is what you want it to be, personal or public.

Journaling is easy, just about cost-free, and incredibly helpful to the individual in a multitude of ways.

Evolving to become all that you can be requires effort on your part.
People are naturally  built to imagine something better and then go after it.
So many of us, though, don’t know how to take the first steps.

Journal writing is a direct route to the knowledge, confidence, and faith that let us grow and change with joy.
