My Daily Journal – February 08, 2016

When I saw the Listers Gotta List Prompt for today.  I got excited because I remember the book that I read a while back on Love Languages by Gary D Chapman.  I thought it would be a good book to pull back out and read again.  I did a search online and found a survey to do that gives you the results at the end on which is your love language.  I did it and found it very informative and easy to do except from time to time I was torn between which two answers I felt was more meaningful to me.  I add the link below under Discover Your Love Language.  I encourage everyone to do this.

I went to the website above and took the love language survey and learned what my love languages are.  My primary love language is Receiving Gifts.  My secondary love language was a tie between Quality Time and Words of Affirmation.  This is based on the book, The Five Language of Love, by Gary D Chapman. My Love Language is                             so I love it when                        .

1.  My Primary Love Language is Receiving Gifts so I love it when I’m surprise with a thoughtful gift.

2.  My Secondary Love Language is Quality Time so I love it when the people I care about want to spend time with me no matter what we do.

3.  My Secondary Love Language is Words of Affirmation so I love it when I get genuine compliments from the people I care about.
